Fraikin expands €1.8 billion financing programme, reinforcing its position as Europe’s leading mission-critical fleet infrastructure platform

Colombes, France – July 1, 2026 – Fraikin today announced the successful renewal and expansion of its €1.8 billion Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) programme for commercial vehicle financing, the largest of its kind in Europe. The transaction was oversubscribed and increases funding capacity by more than 20% with improved financing terms, bringing together 16 leading financial partners, including four new banks and three new mezzanine investors.

The expanded financing capacity will enable Fraikin to accelerate the renewal and development of Europe’s mission-critical commercial fleets, helping operators deploy safer, cleaner and more efficient vehicles that support essential services and contribute to better urban living.

Every day, millions of Europeans depend on commercial fleets to deliver food and medicines, maintain utilities, collect waste, support public services and keep supply chains moving. As urban populations grow and age, these essential fleets face their biggest transformation in decades as operators seek to decarbonise, digitalise and improve productivity while preserving capital and ensuring uninterrupted operations.

That requires more than financing—it requires a long-term partner with the capital and operational depth to support fleets across their entire lifecycle.

Commercial vehicles have become mission-critical production equipment on wheels. Our customers should not have to choose between delivering today’s essential services and investing in tomorrow’s fleet. By expanding our funding capacity, we are strengthening our ability to help them do both, supporting the deployment of safer, cleaner and more efficient fleets that create value while contributing to better urban living.
