Fraikin Certified Great Place To Work® 2025 — Driving Performance Through People and Leadership

Fraikin is proud to announce its Great Place To Work® Certification for 2025, marking another milestone in our journey of continuous improvement. Since our first certification in 2023, we have continued to strengthen our culture and employee experience year after year. This year, our Trust Index reached 74% and our Overall Perception score climbed to 76%, outperforming the 2025 transport industry benchmark by 7 and 10 points respectively.

These pillars have provided the foundations which set our business up to deliver on the next phase of growth, enabled by digital transformation and the drive toward decarbonisation.
